1. Program Description

OPQ Enterprises / TownSquare AI sends SMS to leads and customers who have opted in. Messages include: appointment confirmations and reminders, booking follow-ups, missed-call text-backs, and account/service notifications.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS by any of the following:

• Completing the online SMS sign-up form and checking the consent box.
• Providing verbal consent during an inbound phone call to the business.
• Texting the business number first to start a conversation.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions (e.g., appointments and inquiries).

4. Cost

Standard message and data rates may apply. OPQ does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's rates apply.

5. Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
